The Sauder furniture catalog is divided into four general types:

• Transitional

The more than 500 individual items are classed are grouped into twenty one separate collections, those in Contemporary being:

• The Arbor Valley Collection, characterised by its antique painted finish
• Studio RTA, employing silver and pewter based finishes combined with cherry
• The Sableton Collection, in ebony ash
• The Inglewood Collection, using a fruitwood finish
• The Cornerstone Collection, of cherry and sky alder
• The Arena Collection, of American cherry
