The Getty Villa Museum of Ancient Arts.
The Getty Villa at Malibu is reopening on January 28th 2006 after undergoing a $275-million, eight-year renovation. Formerly the Villa was a general focused museum with displays of classical European paintings and French furniture. With the refurbishment however the Villa becomes exclusively focused on the arts and cultures of ancient Greece, Rome, and Etruria including many items of interest for students of ancient furniture.
