A tour of the history of the chair.
The Milwaukee Art Museum, in conjunction with the Chipstone Foundation, is holding a continuing exhibition on the history of the chair in America.

Called the “Chair Park” it is a grouping of ten chairs selected from the major periods of American furniture. An interactive display, visitors can sit about in the chairs, which cover a three-hundred year time frame, while being guided through an explanation of the evolution of chairs.
